Wednesday, February 27th, 2008IT Announcements are now available as a pre-built channel in OneStop.
To add the channel to your OneStop page, click on the “add content” button and choose IT Announcements from the list of available channels.
New secure wireless access options
Thursday, February 7th, 2008During Spring Semester 2008, campus users will have a new secure wireless access option in addition to VPN access. Devices that support WPA2 Enterprise (Wi-Fi Protected Access 2) will be able to connect to the UM wireless network when the upgrade process is completed. Each of the approximately 100 wireless access points (WAPs) on campus will require upgrades. The cost of the WAP upgrades will be covered centrally, even if a unit originally purchased the WAPs. Important message about student NetID’s
Wednesday, February 6th, 2008NetIDs for all students who have not finalized for Spring Semester by Tuesday, February 12, 2008, will be deactivated on Thursday, February 14, 2008. This means that access to all NetID based services including GrizMail, Blackboard, OneStop, IT labs, campus wireless and the library remote resources, will be denied.
