On Tuesday morning, May 29, 2007, from 5:00am until 6:30am network hardware and software maintenance will occur that will cause outages to the campus network during this time and will impact all UM locations. Outages will be intermittent and include access to all network resources including: internet, e-mail delivery, campus network resources, and remote VPN and wireless access. On the UM campus the outage will affect different locations at different times, depending on where staff are in the maintenance process.Questions about this activity may be directed to IT Central, 243-HELP (4357).

Social Science power outage: May 16, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 10th, 2007According to Facilities Services, on Wednesday, May 16, from approximately 7:00am until 5:00pm, there will be a power outage in the Social Science Building. Buildings impacted are the Social Science Building and Rankin Hall (because Rankin draws power from the Social Science Building electrical plant). The purpose of the outage is for Facilities Services to work on the electrical plant in the the Social Science Building.
